The Voice Without Use
Although I have a voice like everyone
I barely even use it because there’s no one
To talk, sing, scream or any other noisy thing to do
But that doesn’t mean I’m mute or a Dodo.
I’m naturally quiet because I have nothing to say
No matter how much I think, nothing comes up,
But I’m not bothered by this, not at all,
I actually prefer to remain quiet and never speak
For it wastes precious and important oxygen.
However, I do like voices as listen to films,
It’s just that my voice just isn’t great at all,
Which is why prefer to not use it as much as possible
Though I’m starting to get used to it, little by little.
I sometimes wish I had manlier voice to sound powerful, preferably close to the lion’s roar.
